Funds will be transferred into your bank account when we have processed and authenticated your handbag.
VOUCHER
If you're looking to buy a bag from us, accept the voucher and get 10% more than a cash offer. We credit your account for the amount agreed, this can then be spent with us. This money does not expire.
CONSIGNMENT
Consignment means that we will sell the bag on your behalf. This option pays the most, offering up to 80% of the selling price. When the bag sells we'll contact you and arrange for the money to be paid into your bank account.

I can't find the original dust bag/ box, does this matter?
No, we accept bags without original dust bags and boxes. However, your offer could be slightly higher with all original elements as this makes your bag more desirable!

Can I just drop my bag into a store without receiving an online estimate?
We ask customers to complete an online quote prior to visiting a store, however in the event it is not convenient for you to upload your item to our online system you can visit the store and our team will help you

I don't live near one of your stores, how can I get my bag to you?
The Handbag Clinic offer freepost via DPD to all mainland UK clients.
Simply click HERE to create your free DPD label. Please add your own address (as a return to sender record) as it comes preloaded with ours as the delivery address. You can then drop your parcel at one of DPD’s 2500+ UK Drop Shops in the UK to get your item to us free of charge (Exc NI)
Alternatively, if preferred or you are based off the mainland you can send the item to us by your own chosen method such as Royal Mail. It’s so easy and we recommend using a tracked service.
