The ‘Circle Back’ Programme is a guaranteed buy-back for all items purchased from The Handbag Clinic within the last 12 months.
By reselling your bag with us, you can earn 70% of the original selling price.
And, because your bag has already been authenticated, it will be fast-tracked to sale, helping you get your money sooner.
Request a free valuation: Simply complete this online form including uploading photos of your bag. If you can also provide your original order number this will help to process your item quicker.
Accept your offer: You will receive an email offer from our Buying Team that you need to accept by clicking on ‘Accept this offer’.
Send your item to us: We offer free drop offs at our UK stores in Chelsea, Newcastle upon Tyne and Colchester or at your nearest UPS Drop Off Point. We can also arrange a home collection for a small fee of £10 (Mainland UK only).
We do the rest: Once your bag is reassessed, it will be cleaned, photographed and put live on our website. Then, when your bag sells and following a 10-day cooling off period for the new buyer, the money will be deposited directly into your bank account of your choice.

*Our 70% guarantee is based on the bag being in same condition grading as you purchased it from us and requiring no cleaning or restorative work. Your Circle Back offer may be reduced based on the condition of your item and/or a significant reduction of your items value in the wider fashion market. Your item will be sold on a consignment basis, meaning you will get paid when your items sells and following the 10-day cooling off period for the new purchaser.
