HOW LONG DOES A RESTORATION TAKE?

Restoration of your item is very important to us. We appreciate that the item is extremely precious to you and we will always treat it with care.

You can receive an update to your completion date within 14 days prior to your original estimated completion date. Our timescales quoted are always an estimate as all work is bespoke work carried out by our skilled Artisans therefore may change depending on varying factors such as (but not restricted to), oil or stain extraction, unexpected Technician absence and the progress of bags before your item in the queue.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR RESTORATION SERVICES?

Our repair/restoration services are under warranty for 12 months which includes but is not limited to stitch work, metal work, tears to leather tabs and zips.

We will swiftly repair or replace these for you in the event there has been no signs of overloading, over stuffing or misuse.

IS MY ITEM INSURED IN YOUR CLINIC?

Yes, your bag is insured while in our Clinic for fire, loss or theft.

WHAT IF I HAVE A KEY EVENT/HOLIDAY THAT I NEED MY ITEM FOR?

If you have a key event, holiday or occasion that is with in 14 days of your estimated completion date please let us know at the earliest convenience and we will aim to meet this for you.
