We are a growing collective of Artisans specialising in the luxury sector and are looking to expand our team of experts and nurture the next generation, to ensure we maintain our status as the formative voice for sustainable luxury.

WHAT WE DO
As our name suggests, we specialise in handbags. Whether it be a simple zip repair, handle replacement, repairs to leather (dog chews are much more common than you’d think), colour touch-ins or even a complete colour change!
Additionally, we provide the same services for purses, jackets, shoes, belts and versatile trinkets such as Vanity boxes, vintage game boards … we will work our magic on anything that is leather!
JOB ROLE
This position will involve transforming the condition of leather fashion accessories using our specialist range of materials and products. A Leather Artisan will repair everything from a small ink stain or worn corners up to a Full Restoration or Colour Change. This role is extremely varied, and no day is the same. Using your Artistic flair, you will learn to renovate all leather types, and on completion of full training can specialise in a brand or particular field within the Clinic.
Successful candidates will undergo a 3 year on the job training programme where they will learn to undertake all the services we offer to the high standards we pride our Team with the support of our Senior Artisans. This training will also cover Colour Theory, Leather Classes and also Brand Knowledge. Combining this with the practical skills you will acquire, will render you capable of restoring some of the most damaged items most would think are unsalvageable.
Permanent Full Time Position Mon- Friday 8-4pm (Exc Bank Holidays)
(Part-Time would be considered for the right candidate)
REQUIREMENTS
We are a vibrant team, building a progressive environment that encourages creativity, inclusivity and a strong sense of community.
We appreciate the bespoke nature of our work, so we don’t expect you to have experience within the luxury sector or restoring leather.
However, for this role, applicants will only be accepted who are educated to A-Level or equivalent, and due to the artistic nature of the role will have obtained A-Level in Art/Art and Design. Any experience of working with leather is desirable but not essential.

Full UK Driving Licence is desirable due to remote Head Office location.
