Where do you source your range of pre-owned designer handbags and accessories?
All of our bags come from our customers, each bag goes through a strict buying process and is then cleaned before being placed on our website. We do occasionally carry out small superficial repairs prior to selling an item to ensure out bags are in the best possible condition.
Do you provide proof of authenticity?
A receipt from Handbag Clinic is considered proof of authenticity as all of our items go through a rigorous authentication process. Each item is checked by three different members of our skilled Buying Team before being placed for sale online and in store. Is the item definitely in stock?
Once an item is sold it is immediately removed from our website, if it is online it will be in stock. The store the item is currently for sale in is listed in the Summary and they would be happy to help with any queries or questions.
What does your grading system mean?
Our grading system is how we rate the condition of our bags and accessories.
Brand New: These bags have never been used and will come with all the original tags.
Excellent: These bags have had their tags removed, but show no signs of use.
Very Good: These bags will show very minor signs of wear.
Good: These bags will show small signs of slight damage and wear.
Fair: These bags are still in great condition but will show signs of use and some damage.
What is your returns policy?
All of our bags are sold with a returns label attached, we will only accept your return if the label is still attached and the item is in the same condition as it was sold when returned to us.
If you purchase an item in store you have seven days to return the item for refund or exchange.
If your purchase the item online you have 28 days to return the item for refund or exchange however you must have notified us of the return with in 14 days of receiving your parcel. Each online purchase will come with a returns form that will explain how you can return the item to us. If you have not received or no longer have your returns form this please email firstname.lastname@example.org and the team will provide you with a new returns form.
If you would like us to arrange a DPD Label or Collection for your return please email email@example.com to request this. Please note our Free Returns label can only be used through out the UK and a home collection may be chargeable.
Do you offer a Warranty on your items
We offer up to a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults on our range of pre-owned designer handbags and accessories. If you have a problem with a bag you have purchased from us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, photographs and a description of the problem so we can investigate this for you.
How often do you receive new stock?

I have bought a bag but I don/t feel it meets the grade listed on your website, what can you do for me?
We make every effort to clean each bag inside and outside and provide a high quality pre owned item, however, If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase and have and feel we could have improved the condition of your item please contact email@example.com with in 72 hours of receiving your item quoting your order number and we will look into this for you. Please do not click reply on your order confirmation as this will not go to a live mailbox.
