We will provide an Authentic or Unauthentic response via email. You can either provide us with a link to view the item, drop it in at one of our stores or email us photographs.
We put in the same level of research into the Evaluation as we do a Full Report, so you can be sure our findings are thorough.
Once you have purchased the Authentication Service, you do not need to do anything else until you receive our instructions how to proceed via email.
Please note, any orders placed using PayPal will automatically register your PayPal email address for all future correspondence, so please ensure you have access to that account before making payment, as we cannot then provide our service to an alternate email address without confirmation from the registered PayPal address.

We started as a handbag restoration company, before buying and selling bags too. For our reputation as handbag restorers we would never sell an item below our standard and we use our restoration expertise to ensure every item we sell has been cleaned and deodorised before going on sale.
We sell bags listed under the following grades:
Brand New: These bags have never been used and show no signs of wear.
Excellent: These bags have had minimal use and show no signs of wear.
Very Good: These bags will show very minor signs of wear.
Good: These bags will show small signs of slight damage and wear.
Fair: These bags are still in great condition but will show signs of use and some damage.
All items are sent out to you via our trusted partners DPD. If you order before midday the item will be dispatched the same day, for next day delivery. Otherwise, it will be sent the following day. It can take up to 48 working hours for your item to be shipped*. No items will be shipped on a Saturday or Sunday.

We spend a lot of time to ensure every item we sell is clean and matches the description and photos we provide. However, we understand you won’t know if you completely love the item until you have it in your hands; so, for peace of mind we give all our customers 28 days to return the item to us, even if it’s just because you changed your mind! You must notify us of your return with in 14 days of receiving the item for your return to be accepted. Your item must still have all tags attached when it is returned to us.
We make the process simple and hassle free too. You can either drop the item off at one of our stores, or print your free courier returns label HERE (UK Mainland only) , we can organise a free home collection for you making it as convenient as possible to return your item.
