How do I set up my membership?
You simply need to select the most suitable plan and make payment. A member of our Repairs Team will then follow up by email to request details and photos of your item(s). Once your plan has been successfully set up, we will provide you with all your plan details for reference.

Why do you need photos of my items?
It’s important that we see the original condition of your item(s) prior to any work being done to ensure that are services are suitable for what you may require.

Are all your services eligible?
Yes. You can take advantage of any of our Handbag Cleaning and Restoration Services, up to a maximum of £200 per service. If your service exceeds this, you are eligible to a 20% discount off the remaining costs.

How do I book my item in for service?
All you need to do is complete our Service Request Form, outlining the service and/or benefit that you would like to redeem and our Repairs team will follow up directly with you.
