Unless stated otherwise herein, the relationship between The Handbag Clinic and its Users is exclusively governed by these Terms and Conditions, which are deemed read and accepted by the User. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, please do not use the Site.
From time to time, when purchasing products or services through this Site, additional guidelines, rules and policies may apply. These are hereby incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Handbag Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes on the Site. Continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT
The Handbag Clinic uses reasonable efforts to ensure all information on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors, inaccuracies or typographical mistakes.
All product measurements, weights and dimensions are approximate. We make every effort to display products and colours accurately; however, screen displays may vary and actual product colours may differ slightly upon delivery.
All products are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Signs of wear may be present and not always fully visible in imagery. Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent every aspect of the item.
Additional accessories, including straps and dust bags, are subject to availability unless explicitly stated.
The Handbag Clinic reserves the right to amend information, prices, descriptions or Site content without notice.

PRICES
All prices displayed on the Site are in GBP (ÂŁ) and include VAT where applicable.
The price payable for products is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed and will be outlined within your confirmation email.
If an error is identified in pricing or delivery charges, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. Any cancelled orders will be fully refunded.

ONLINE ORDERING
You must be aged 18 years or over to place an order on the Site.
The ordering process consists of the following steps:
• Selecting your chosen item(s)
• Entering your delivery information
• Selecting a delivery method
• Providing billing and payment details
• Reviewing and confirming your order
By placing an order, you confirm acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A Shipping Notification Email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

PAYMENT
THE HANDBAG CLINIC ACCEPTS PAYMENTS BY VALID UK CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, PAYPAL, GOOGLE PAY, APPLE PAY, KLARNA, CLEARPAY OR THE HANDBAG CLINIC VOUCHERS.
Payment must be made in GBP (ÂŁ).
The Handbag Clinic reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
• Products are unavailable
• Billing details cannot be verified
• Fraud concerns arise
• Delivery addresses are invalid
• Pricing errors occur
• The customer is believed to be under 18
• Force majeure circumstances apply
No contract exists between you and The Handbag Clinic until goods have been dispatched.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
We currently deliver to the UK, Europe, USA, Asia and Australia.
The following delivery restrictions apply:
• PO Box addresses are not accepted
• Military APO addresses are not accepted
• Hotel addresses are not accepted
UK deliveries operate Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Saturday delivery is available at an additional surcharge.

DELIVERY
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Standard delivery processing times refer to dispatch preparation and not courier transit time. Orders may take up to 3–5 working days to be processed before shipping confirmation is issued.
All deliveries require a signature from an individual aged 18 years or over at the delivery address.
Where DPD PIN Delivery is selected, customers are responsible for securely retaining and providing the PIN upon delivery.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT DELIVERY
Please inspect all items upon receipt.
If your order is incorrect or faulty, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving shipment confirmation. Subject to availability, replacement products will be dispatched at no additional cost.

RETURNS
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. We kindly request notification within 7 days where possible.
Returned items must:
• Be unused
• Include all tags and packaging
• Retain the security tag attached
• Be returned in original packaging
International returns are accepted under the same cancellation period; however, return shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.

DISTANCE SELLING – RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Under UK consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless the item has been personalised or made to specification.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days of confirmed receipt at our Head Office, though this may extend during peak periods.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing within these Terms and Conditions excludes your statutory rights.
The Handbag Clinic shall not be liable for indirect losses, business losses, loss of profits or losses arising from Site interruptions, unauthorised access or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

WARRANTY
Consumers are entitled to statutory legal rights regarding product conformity.
In addition, The Handbag Clinic provides a 12-month commercial warranty against manufacturing faults, excluding wear and tear or customer misuse.
