All UK items are shipped via our trusted delivery partners DX or DPD. The daily cut off point for all delivery services is 12 noon. All international orders are sent out via UPS.

DPD PIN Delivery – You’ll receive a PIN via the app, SMS, or email. Keep this private and provide it to the driver on delivery. If the PIN is missing or incorrect, delivery will be refused. Failure to provide the PIN may cause delays and additional charges
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We understand that our fellow handbag enthusiasts live far and wide, for any orders being shipped outside the U.K, we want to make you aware that you will be responsible for any applicable custom charges as well as delivery.
Please note that the delivery time for international orders will vary to those quoted as these are based on UK mainland deliveries.
RETURNS
Standard Returns Policy (Online purchases):
For online purchases, please notify us within 7 days if you wish to return your order (Statutory Rights not affected)* by initating your return and creating your label. You have 28 days to return the item back to our Head Office for full refund or exchange.
All item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as sold to you and include all original labels and security tag.
You can return your item(s) to your local UPS Drop Off Point (Mainland UK only) for £4.95.
Please allow 3-5 working days from your item being marked as delivered for the return to be processed. Once processed funds will be returned to the original payment method in 1-5 working days depending on the payment providers clearance timescales.

Standard Returns Policy (In store purchases)
In-store purchases: If purchased in store, you have 7 days to return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Any item returned after 7 days will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
RETURN PACKAGING & TRACKING
Please ensure your item is suitably packaged for shipping by the return courier. Before shipping, kindly take a photograph of your box once it is packaged and the label is attached.
If you are using a drop-off location, please ensure you receive a receipt and record the tracking number, which can be found on your label. It is important to retain a valid receipt or digital receipt showing proof that your item was scanned at the drop-off location.
Doing so will support our teams in resolving any delivery queries you may have.
We kindly ask you to track your parcel and notify us at enquiries@handbagclinic.co.uk if your tracking shows any of the following:
The item remains in one location while in transit for more than 48 hours
The item is marked as delayed
The item is not signed for by The Handbag Clinic within 72 hours
This allows our team to be as proactive as possible in resolving this for you.
