This product is suitable for general day-to-day maintenance but for a thorough hygienic clean we recommend booking your item into our Clinic, to allow our experts to work their magic.
Refunds:
- Customers are entitled to a full refund if we are notified within 7 days of receiving the item, and the item is returned to us within 28 days of delivery, in line with our standard returns policy- Terms of Service
Please ensure all returned items are unused, in their original condition, return tag intact and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories.
All UK items are sent out to you via our trusted partners DPD, the daily cut off point for all delivery services is 12 noon. All international orders are shipped via UPS

UK Next Working Day - on orders placed before 12 noon Mon - Thurs | £9.95
Saturday Delivery - on orders placed before 12 noon Friday | £14.95

Online purchases:
For online purchases, please notify us within 7 days if you wish to return your order (Statutory Rights not affected)*You have 28 days to return the item back to our Head Office for full refund or exchange.All item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as sold to you and include all original labels and security tag.
You can return your item(s) to your local UPS Drop Off Point (Mainland UK only) for £4.95.If you are ready to make a return, complete our Online Return Form now.
Please allow 3-5 working days from receiving email confirmation that the return has been received for the return to be processed.*For the return to be accepted and processed, we must be notified not later than 14 days from delivery or the return will not be accepted.

We understand that our handbag enthusiasts live far and wide, so if your item(s) is being shipped outside the U.K, you will be liable to pay the custom charges (where applicable) and these will not be refunded as part of the return, only the value of the order itself.
