How long does it take to repair my bag?

Restoration of your item is very important to us. We appreciate that the item is extremely precious to you and we will always treat it with care.

 Restoration can be a timely process and we believe that quality should always be our top priority. Time frames range from 6 weeks to 26 weeks on major jobs.

Our timescales quoted are always an estimate as all work is bespoke work carried out by our skilled Artisans therefore may change depending on varying factors such as (but not restricted to), oil or stain extraction, unexpected Technician absence and the progress of bags before your item in the queue.

I would like to receive an update on my item, how do I receive this?

You can obtain an update regarding your order within 14 days of your original estimated completion date provided to you in store or on your order confirmation.

Is my bag insured while with you?

Whilst your Item is in our care you are insured up to the Depreciated Value or our Maximum Liability. This is to cover you should your Item become lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair.

Items in our care are any Item currently having our services carried out, or waiting for our services to be carried out, after payment.

Items not in our Care are Items in transit with any courier.
