What Is It? We take care of the sale on your behalf, once your bag has sold, payment is arranged. This option offers more than cash or voucher. Your voucher can be used on our website.

Payout Timeline Upon sale, our payment team will contact you to arrange payment. With our vast social presence, including live stream events, over 20% of bags sell within the first seven days. How will you authenticate my bag?

Specialising in Luxury Handbags for 10 years, our expert Authenticators are fully trained in how to authenticate the brands we buy. Each brand and specific vintage has different criteria that we look for when authenticating and our extensive brand bibles cover everything from 1940's Hermes to bags created today.

What happens if my bag is not authentic?

If your item is sent to our Head Office and then deemed unauthentic, there will be a service charge of £50.00 (for Hermès items this is £100.00) to have the item returned to you in addition to a return delivery fee of £14.95.

In both situations this should be collected or delivery arranged within 14 days of receiving the notification or we reserve the right to pass this to the correct authority or dispose.

How do i get an update on my bag which is for sale with you?

If your item is no longer online, please wait for our Payments Team to contact you directly to obtain your account details once the 10 day cooling off period has elapsed. 

If you require an update on your item or this has been offline for over 10 working days, please email our specialist Customer Experience Team on enquiries@handbagclinic.co.uk and the team will be happy to assist. Please allow 24- 48 working hours for a response.
